AXIS Hire Agreement
HIRE AGREEMENT
Goods returned after the agreed hire period will incur an extended hire fee at the following rates – first week overdue - 50% of the original hire fee – subsequent weeks overdue – 25% of the original hire fee.
All hires must be paid for prior to or on the day of pick-up. Payment can be made by bank transfer, details are on the bottom of every invoice.
All items must be returned in their original condition (including colour) unless specifically agreed with AXIS ART. No modifications can be made to ANY hired item without express permission from AXIS.
Hire items are the full responsibility of the hirer for the full period of hire including pick-up and return to AXIS. Hire items cannot be subleased to any other entity, left in the care of any other entity or stored in unsecured premises.
Items lost or returned in a condition other than their original condition will incur a full replacement cost charge plus an AXIS sourcing fee based on an assessment of the difficulty to replace, including any freight or transportation costs associated with the replacement of the item/s.
In the event of lost, stolen or damaged items, the hirer will be charged a full and reasonable replacement cost plus GST, to be advised by AXIS.
In the event of lost, stolen or damaged items which are also available for purchase,
the hirer will be charged the full purchase amount plus GST.
